Makers Mark with Journeyman's mark

These tongs have an all over bright cut decoration. The cartouche to the bow is monogrammed R over P. A. and that is probably original to the tongs. They are fully hallmarked for London 1805 and are in undamaged and unrepaired condition. They are 5 1/2 inches long and weigh 1 ounce
