Makers Mark Clearly struck

These tongs have a very open design which is most attractive but not too strong. There is a repair to one arm where it has been reinforced behing. This has been well done and the repair is not visible from the outside the arms are also slightly splayed. There is no monogram to the bow which is decorated with a vine and leaf design. The lion hallmark  is very clear as is the makers mark. The tongs weigh 1 1/8 ounces
